A novel approach for transient stability using interval arithmetic and optimization methods

چکیده
In this article, a new approach is proposed to include parametric uncertainties in the analysis of transient stability power systems by using intervals. Two methodologies based on interval were developed and implemented: (i) robust extension potential energy boundary surface method combined with arithmetic (ii) an optimization formulation for problem. The enable one obtain closed-form expressions assessment uncertain systems, allowing faster analysis. results show that both can be used find accurate estimate critical clearing time more quickly than classical Monte Carlo approach.
